InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is one of the member movements from 160 countries which make up the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES.) Over the past few years, InterVarsity’s Graduate & Faculty Ministries has developed a partnership with IFES Caribbean (CARIFES), which includes 12 IFES-affiliated national student movements. As part of this partnership, CARIFES staff have visited and spoken during our annual GFM meeting and GFM members have visited and participated in CARIFES events. Kevin Kummer writes below about his visit in November 2017 to Guyana and Suriname.
The CARIFES consultation held January 12-14, 2017, in Tobago, was wonderful! Dr. Alice Brown-Collins (Dr. ABC), Felicia Anderson, and I represented GFM and BSAP.
