Thanks for reading this! The Strategy & Innovation team is assembling a video celebration with messages from YOU to YOUR grad students who are graduating! We would love to see GFM staff represent our students and share in this opportunity to give graduates a big send-off!
Send in a brief video by 2 pm ET Wed, 5/20
For “The Grad Event” on May 30, we’re recruiting staff to share words of blessing for their graduates. We'll be mashing these into a larger, universal appreciation video for all of the graduates. Please record a video of around 3 minutes or less addressed to either a single graduate or a group of them with some or all of these kinds of reflections:
- Thanks for ways they served the chapter
- Appreciation for ways that you saw them grow as disciples of Jesus
- Funny memories
- Words of blessing for their future
- Wild cheering as you would if you were in the audience for an in-person ceremony and their name was announced
Videos should be recorded in horizontal (or “hamburger”) orientation if possible. Once you’ve recorded a video, you can either email the link to Glenn Griffin or upload the file directly to https://bit.ly/staffgradvids.

We’re throwing a party, inviting some of our favorite people to help, and it’s all for you. We’ll gather virtually on May 30th at 8 pm Eastern / 7pm Central / 6 pm Mountain / 5 pm Pacific / 4pm Alaska / 2pm Hawaii-Aleutian. Grab your cap and gown, a family member or two, and your favorite screen as we gather to tip our own hats to you - graduating students!
