BSAP faculty ministry has impacted me through the members' academic diversity and excellence. Their commitment to the Gospel and their ability to integrate their respective disciplines into the Gospel are evident. I cherish most that they have not forgotten the "Black" in BSAP. BSAP encourages a healthy appreciation for being a Black faculty in higher education while maintaining a consciousness of the reality of Black struggles. BSAP continues to be a place of encouragement, comfort, intellectual stimulation, and renewal.
