Where are you spending Thanksgiving?
Join us for a Thanksgiving Retreat for International Grad Students and Friends!
Join other international students and friends for two restful nights during the Thanksgiving Holiday at Toah Nipi in Rindge, NH. Celebrate the traditions of the season - including turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Read and discuss the Thanksgiving Proclamation by President Abraham Lincoln. Relax with a book by the fireplace. Enjoy the company of new friends in a beautiful setting in rural New Hampshire. Take time to reflect on the goodness of God.
Registration is $120 for adults and $55 for children under 12. Early birds, register now through November 1st to save $10 off your retreat price! These costs include 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, and linens. Deposit of $50 required to register.
Scholarship assistance is available. If you would like to attend the House Party but need financial assistance, please contact your host and they will work with Toah Nipi on partial scholarship funding. Also, contact your host with any questions and for transportation arrangements.
If you live in Boston or Cambridge you are welcome to join us on our charter bus leaving Wednesday afternoon from Harvard Square. If you're coming from further away (e.g. New York) and can make it to Boston early on Wednesday you're also welcome to ride up with us.
If you are driving yourself, please share rides so that we can all arrive at Toah Nipi as conveniently as possible. Please let us know during registration if you will need a ride and if you have space to provide rides, as well as where you will depart (NYU, Columbia, etc.) and when. Thank you.
Please feel free to share this opportunity on social media and in person with friends and colleagues. We look forward to having you for a Thanksgiving feast to remember.
