Conference Program Pricing
- Adult – $170 (Early Bird price is $110 until May 10)
- Child/Youth birth-18 – $50 programming charge*
*Child/youth programming for children 4-18 will include camp activities lead by camp staff during adult programs/sessions. Children under 4 will have childcare provided. Max family cap for child/youth programming is $100. Please contact Brian Chang if you plan to register more than two children.

Please don't let money be the reason you don't attend. We have limited scholarship funds available for faculty who are unable to cover the full amount of attending the conference. These funds are provided through generous gifts from past conference attendees and supporters of Faculty Ministry.
Lodging costs are charged on a per-room basis and prices below reflect the cost for the entire conference. If you are sharing a room with another individual and would like to split the charges, you must call Ridge Haven at 828-862-3916 or split the amount among yourselves after registering.
Ridge Haven Conference and Retreat Center offers activities and programs for adults and children of all ages and provides a variety of comfortable and cozy accommodations from which you can choose.
Prices vary ($234-$600 total) depending on the type of accommodations you chose, and which day you plan to arrive. These selections will be made during the registration process. For more information on housing options, please contact Ridge Haven online or at 877-862-3916.

Meal costs are charged on a per-person basis. Meal costs range from $79-$109 for adults, depending on day of arrival. Meals for children are slightly less than the cost for each adult.
