Believers in Business Conference
An IN-PERSON conference February 25-26, 2022 is being curated for you in New York City!
The Believers in Business (BiB) Conference, founded in 2006, is the largest student-run national conference that equips and encourages Christian MBA students and professionals to live out their lives and careers for the glory of God. It provides a forum for honest discussion on opportunities, challenges, and strategies for following Christ in the marketplace in ways that help them grow in their relationship with the Lord and impact others.
Our Strength in Christ's Surrender
The theme for Believers in Business 2022 is "Our Strength in Christ's Surrender"
"But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed." - Isaiah 53:3-5
Today's society associates strength with power, which stems from influence and control. This is especially apparent in the private and public sectors where accomplished leaders of the world's largest organizations are deemed as "The World's Most Powerful People" (Forbes). In business schools, MBA students are also taught to obtain personal, organizational, and political power mainly through business strategies and scientifically-supported practices. However, as Christians, we are reminded that our strength and power comes not from our accomplishments, influence, or resources, but from the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Apostle Paul reminds us of this truth in his letter to the church at Philppi:
"I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:12-13
The 2022 Believers in Business Conference is a unique opportunity for us to hear how God has given strength to today's prominent Christian business leaders. Our keynote and panel speakers will be sharing their professional and personal journeys - how, through their ups and downs, God has worked in and through them - as well as practical lessons on how to serve and lead as believers in the work place.
Come listen, share, and find your strength in Jesus' surrender.

BiB ‘22 COVID-19 Policy
As you may be aware, COVID-19 is still very much with us and various organizations around the country are taking various precautions in order to protect us from the risks of COVID-19 that infection brings. The following Redeemer Church COVID-19 policy is effective as of today and is subject to change.
Our Believers in Business conference host site, Redeemer Presbyterian Church, in compliance with the Key to NYC Vaccination Requirements, is currently requiring ALL BiB participants to show their vaccination card as proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (second dose of the vaccination or the J+J one dose vaccination) in order to enter the building. Full vaccination must be completed at least two weeks before the conference begins per Redeemer’s policy. Redeemer requires the COVID-19 vaccination CARD as proof of vaccination and will manually look at every attendee’s COVID vaccination card onsite prior to entry. 100% attendee vaccination is required by Redeemer - no exceptions for any reason. Negative COVID tests are currently not an alternative to vaccination. Redeemer will issue a vaccination pass at the start of the BiB conference that each attendee will need to show the whole weekend for each re-entry. Note: Redeemer has indicated it will NOT keep vaccination information on file.
Please make sure you bring vaccination CARD proof of COVID-19 vaccination with you to the conference to show at registration per Redeemer’s requirements. Photos of vaccination cards will NOT be accepted.
