William Adjei a Senior Managing Director within CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Enterprise business, where, as Sector Director, he oversees a portfolio of Financial and Professional Services clients.
William joined CBRE in 2005 and held roles in research, advisory (capital markets, brokerage and transaction management) before joining Global Workplace Solutions in 2019. As an Alliance Director, he successfully and profitably led accounts through both startup and turnaround efforts in the industrial, healthcare sectors.
William has developed deep experience building highly satisfied client relationships, successfully landed growth opportunities with existing and new clients, and maximizing business performance on large, multi-service accounts. His leadership strengths include developing and strengthening diverse, high performing teams, improving engagement, and aligning operations to ensure outcomes that meaningfully exceed expectations.
William has served as a member of the GWS Global Executive Committee, is a current member of the GWS Operating Committee, is the Executive Sponsor of Diversity & Inclusion for GWS - North America, sits on CBRE’s Executive Inclusion Council, and served on the GWS Global Alliance Director Council between 2020 and 2022.
Outside of work, William is a panelist and speaker and is involved with several non-profits including Resource Global (immediate past Chairman), Aruna Project (Current Board Chair), and North Star Classical Christian School (Current Board Secretary) a K-12 school which he, his wife, and another family co-founded in 2021. William is an avid reader, loves Scrabble, and typically plays at least 180 rounds of disc golf each year. William and his family reside in Libertyville, a suburb 35 miles north of Chicago, IL.
