She was a student leader in the InterVarsity fellowship during her time at the Kellogg School of Management where she focused on Health Industry Management and Operations.

Susan oversees several MBA Ministry projects including the Believers in Business Conference as an advisor. She attended BiB 2018 as she was praying about joining IV staff and has a heart for this conference and the students it inspires and serves. She was also instrumental in launching the first national Christian MBA Alumni Network, which began in May, 2020 during the COVID global pandemic. She is a resource for the Kellogg Christian Fellowship which has been a fun return to her IV roots.

Susan is an avid reader, enjoying everything from the Bible, to Elin Hilderbrand novels, to People magazine. She also enjoys biking and other fitness endeavors. Her favorite job is wife to Mathew and mom to Faith and Micah (ages 10 and 7). The George family lives in the Chicago suburbs, loves to spend time together doing service work, especially packing food at Feed My Starving Children. They also enjoy playing games and taking road trips together all across the United States and Canada. Susan’s current favorite verse is Romans 8: 1-2 (Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death).
