Steve Wurzbacher is a Principal with Tenacity, Inc., a boutique multi-national consulting firm specializing in key account management and client retention.
Steve joined Tenacity in 1994 after 20 years of senior sales management, marketing and business development experience at Aramark and Procter & Gamble. He is the co-author of the firm’s three books.
In 2013, Steve was appointed an Executive in Residence at the Michael J. Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University near Atlanta, Georgia. He co-leads The Tenacity Center for Account Management and Client Retention and its initiatives in executive education and gamified digital learning.
Steve is an active member at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Atlanta, having served in a wide variety of roles including the creation and roll out of “My 95”, a congregation wide focus on the integration of faith into the time spent outside the church campus. Steve and his wife Bonnie have spoken at a variety of faith and work forums, including the Believers in Business conference at Yale in 2008.
Steve is a graduate of Randolph Macon College, Ashland, VA.
