Rudy Bellani is the Chief Operating Officer of BibleProject, an ed-tech nonprofit whose mission is to help people experience the Bible as a unified story that leads to Jesus. BibleProject’s resources are used by more than 30 million people a year, one of them being Rudy. Indeed, it was the personally transformative impact of these free resources that led him to leave the private sector to serve BibleProject as it seeks to reach the world.
Prior to BibleProject, Rudy was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, founded and was the CEO of a venture-backed tech startup, and worked as an operator at EY and ServiceMaster (now Terminix), leading strategy and innovation across their businesses. He received his PhD in Neuroscience, which comes in handy only at dinner parties. He is married to his best friend Lindsay, a PhD in machine learning, and they are the parents of five little wonders that thankfully look more like their mom.
