Michael spent 20 years in financial advisory, mergers & acquisitions, and capital markets working at Lehman Brothers, MUFG, and Midland Walwyn Capital. He has helped over 150 companies raise close to $100 billion in equity and advised companies on both domestic and cross-border acquisitions and joint-ventures. Michael is currently the CFO for Martha Stewart Café and an Adjunct Professor of Finance & Economics at The Kings College, where he directs the Meraki Honors Program in Finance and teaches a course titled “Faith and Finance”.
Michael earned his MBA from Yale University and his BComm from the University of Calgary.
Michael lives in New York City with his wife Christine and is a member of Central Presbyterian Church.
