Kate Whitehead

President and Founder of Align360

Kate Whitehead is President and Founder of Align360, a consulting and advisory firm focused on helping late-stage startups scale operationally and medium-sized businesses align their teams, streamline data, and improve operations.

Previously, Kate worked at Apple in various forecasting and supply chain management roles including building a team in China before leading Sales & Operations Planning for the iPad business in Cupertino. Kate has an Industrial & Systems Engineering degree from Georgia Tech (2004) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (2008). 

Kate believes in building authentic community in order to grow and be challenged together. In 2020, she and two Christian friends founded the Oak Guild Institute. OGI's mission is to seek truth and learn through loving — even if contested — dialogue. They produce podcasts and host free salon-type discussions in the San Francisco Bay Area on topics including the impact of technology on culture and how to combat political polarization. OGI is intentionally not religiously nor politically affiliated and aims to bring together a diversity of opinions and experience. 

Kate lives in Mountain View, California where she can enjoy the outdoors including hiking, skiing, and playing soccer.
