Johnny Wan is a public equities and real estate investor with over 15 years of investment experience. Currently Mr. Wan is creating an investment product for the under-served low to mid income population. Johnny also works with high net worth individuals to invest in real estate projects in New York City, Los Angeles, and Dallas. He strategizes, directs, negotiates, and supervises all aspects of acquisitions. Total projects funded approximately $150 million.
Previously, Johnny Wan was a Senior Associate at Ares Management where he assisted in managing a $4 billion portfolio of private debt and private equity investments with more than 200 portfolio companies in various industries: healthcare, education, business services, telecom, retail, etc.
Johnny Wan received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He enjoys discovering truth in the Bible and introducing Jesus to others.
