Eric Welch is VP of Strategic Relationships with Christian Employers Alliance, a network of businesses engaging collective impact opportunities for the well-being of companies and communities. Eric also serves in volunteer roles with the Institute for Faith, Work & Economics, the National Faith & Work Association, and the Christian Employee Resource Group Network. Prior to non-profit work, Eric worked for Boston Scientific. In addition, he serves in multiple roles of local church ministry. Eric and his family live in Florida.
