David Dilworth is Director of Real Estate Processes and Programs at Google, where he leads a cross-functional team defining the future of the workplace. David is passionate about creating and nurturing great work experiences, which he has done across roles in People Operations and Real Estate over the past 6 years at Google.
Prior to Google, David explored a variety of roles (and a variety of work experiences). He led North America Forums at The Veritas Forum; he was a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company focusing on transportation and logistics; he was a finance analyst at a nonprofit incubator; he interned at both a Japanese start-up and at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.
David has an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Politics from Pomona College, where he became a Christian through the ministry of InterVarsity. He lives in Sierra Madre, California with his wife and three young kids.
