Dr. Chip Roper is a Managing Partner at RKE Parnters and President of Voca Center, which delivers professionals from lifeless work. VOCA’s Calling Discernment Program, Executive Circles, and Calling Workshops empower clients to find and follow their work-life calling. Chip tackles the vocational challenge from 30 years of experience as a small businessman, a pastor, a career coach, and a business consultant. In addition to his work at Voca, Chip writes the blog Marketplace Faith for Patheos.com. He is currently in the process of Executive Coaching Certification at Columbia University. Chip and his wife of 28 years, Audrey, have three daughters. They live in New York City.
