Beth Johnston Stephenson is currently the chair of Opportunity Transformation Investments, Inc., and a board member of: Opportunity, Inc., Eleazar Wheelock Society, and Central Presbyterian Church (New York City). Previously, Ms. Stephenson was a founding partner of Chicago-based private equity firm Willis Stein & Partners. She holds an AB in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Ms. Stephenson looks forward to brainstorming with the panel on ways to continue to be effective in business in light of behaviors in certain areas of the marketplace and given the reality that effectiveness in business requires strong personal relationships.
