About Law School Ministry

Campus Fellowships

The heart of our ministry is our campus fellowships — witnessing communities of students and faculty who make their faith in Christ known within the legal and judicial environments. Campus fellowships provide opportunities for students and faculty to gather in large and small groups for Bible study, prayer, discussion, learning, and service. Experienced InterVarsity staff serve to connect the local ministry to national resources and offer pastoral care and guidance amidst the rigors of professional development.

Conferences

We are committed to gathering students, alumni, faculty, and legal professionals for conferences and seminars that engage issues of Christian faith and legal practice.

Connections

We foster vital partnerships among students, faculty, churches, and ministries such as the Christian Legal Society (CLS) that equip legal practitioners for lifelong witness, service, and faithfulness. We encourage the development of professional relationships that will form students during their training and sustain and sharpen them during their years of practice.

Cross-Cultural Missions

We invite students and faculty to participate in cross-cultural opportunities that engage with broader issues of systemic oppression and injustice. Through their participation, they are trained and challenged to love God's world by working to restore dignity and equity for all people. We also introduce opportunities to assist in the legal affairs of NGOs and other organizations committed to international service and ministry.
